Now he’s going to play funny in the new FX comedy series entitled Wilfred. He is going to act as a suicidal man who became friend to a guy-like dog (a guy in a mangy dog costume in his eyes only).
The show starts this Thursday on FX. Elijah shared his thoughts about Wilfred and said that “It’s extremely funny but it’s also coming out of a very real place. It made me laugh and also presented the opportunity to do comedy, which I’d never really done before. You’re always looking for a challenge and something different and new, so it was just an avenue that I’d never traveled down. I think I was just excited to see what would become of that.”
