When the US First Lady, Michelle Obama appeared in the popular TV show, The Ellen DeGeneres her aim was to promote her active campaign again child obesity. Nope, she did not give out free GNC coupons to campaign about living a healthy lifestyle. She did something more than that!

The host of the show, Ellen complimented the First Lady’s well-toned arms and challenged her is she can do more push-ups than her. The amiable First Lady was sport enough to take the challenge. Ellen and Michelle Obama dropped on the floor and the audience started to count loud.

Ellen had to bow out after she made 20 push ups. But the First Lady kept on doing her stuff until she reached 25 push ups. Michelle Obama even said that she could have done more than that. It only goes to show that she practices what she preach.  For the 48-year old First Lady, completing 25 push ups was done in a breeze.

During the half-time show of Super Bowl XLVI, the Queen of Pop, Madonna is seen performing with other singers like Cee Lo Green. This time around, Madonna is not dancing on the usual laminate flooring, she performed amidst the football field.

In the 10 minutes half time show, Americans were compelled to watch the marching warriors with massive chariots plus faux trumpeters announcing the arrival of the Queen of Pop. The production number was well-planned to promote Madonna’s new album “MDNA”. Her performance on the Super Bowl Half time was a tease for her currently released music video for the new single “Give Me All You’re Luvin”.

Rachel Weisz is busy shooting the fourth installment of the Bourne series; 40 percent of the said movie will be shot in various places in Manila.  On the other hand, Craig became popular when he played the role of James Bond. His debut James Bond movie was Casino Royale and to date it is known as the highest grossing James Bond movie.

His stay in the Philippines was brief and short. There is nothing fancy about his visit in the Philippines. No diamond anniversary ring was given to Rachel Weisz; they just spent quality time together.

The Pinoy actor’s smile beamed like one of those illuminated house numbers.  The news about Katy Perry’s kiss reached international scene and some newspaper even asked whether she was only trying to make Russell Brand jealous. But according to the 27 year-old singer the kiss with the Pinoy actor/model was just part of the act. Katy Perry even mentioned that she had kissed one guy whom she randomly picks in the audience in all the 125 tour dates. Hence, there is nothing romantic about it as it was all part of the concert act.

Well, last Christmas Manny Pacquiao gave his family a 25-million yacht as his Christmas present for them.  But when Pacman’s wife Jinkee celebrated her 33^rd birthday, she is one lucky woman to have received an island as a birthday present. The island is in Kambia, Saranggani and according to Pacman he rented the entire island for 25 years from the local government.

The number one pound-for-pound boxing champ of the world (he has 8 boxing titles under his name), is the best example of rags-to-riches. Boxing has become his bread-and-butter and he had acquired numerous properties. His boxing popularity also enabled him to serve as one of the legislators in the Philippines despite the fact that he did not finish his college or an online computer science degree.

Going back to Jinkee’s  birthday ; according to the Pacman’s wife the greatest gift he received from Pacman was something intangible. Pacman is now a changed man and spends more quality time with the family and he gave up all his vices too. Certainly, Jinkee Pacquiao is one lucky wife!
