Drew Barrymore started her directing carreer in 2009 with the movie “Whip It” a drama comedy film which portrays a teen rebel who joined a female roller derby team after which she found a way to deal with her small town-misery.
Now she’s planning to direct her second movie based on a romantic comedy novel entitled “How to be single”. The movie is about a group of New Yorkers with their love lives and break ups explored over the course of ten years.
It is going to be a team up again between Barrymore and Nancy Juvonen’s as production partners and Marc Silverstein and Abby Kohn being the writers.
