Casey Anthony was accused of murder for having killed her own daughter Caylee Marie Anthony. The trial is on going and now on its third week.
Caylee was reported missing last year 2008 and five months after she was lost her body was found at the wooded area in Orange County.
Prosecutors are trying to prove that Casey has suffocated her daughter with a duct tape during the time of death while the defenses were saying that the toddler drowned in the swimming pool of her grandparents.
The trial will resume on Monday June 12, 2011 and the prosecutors are preparing for their testimony. Should Casey would be proven guilty of murder then she might be sentenced to death.
